Now that the 2024 music festival season is winding down, I'm shifting our focus to weekly news updates and interviews with festival producers, bands, and interesting neighbors from the festival campground scene.
This week on Music Festivals Podcast, I'm highlighting some upcoming music festivals in the US that you should definitely have on your radar, including a few happening this very weekend. Today is my birthday - NeighborN8 turns 44 years old as of this afternoon. To celebrate the planetary trips, SavvyCamper and I are heading to Cincinnati to enjoy a little Goose!
The Industrial Strength Bluegrass Festival is kicking off from November 7-9, 2024 at the Roberts Convention Centre in Wilmington, Ohio.
This fest is a celebration of bluegrass, old-time, gospel, and roots music.
With a lineup that includes legends like Joe Mullins & The Radio Ramblers, Rhonda Vincent & The Rage, and Larry Sparks & The Lonesome Ramblers, fans of bluegrass music are in for a memorable weekend filled with soul-stirring tunes and lively performances.
This indoor event is known for creating an intimate, warm atmosphere where fans can enjoy top-tier bluegrass music and connect with the genre’s rich heritage.
Whether you’re a longtime bluegrass fan or just curious to explore the genre, the Industrial Strength Bluegrass Festival offers an authentic experience not to be missed.
This weekend, Goose will be performing November 8-10, 2024 at The Andrew J Brady Music Center in Cincinnati, and then on November 12-13 at The Anthem in Washington, D.C.
Goose has some exciting plans for the holiday season, including their signature Goosemas shows on December 13-14 at the North Charleston Coliseum in South Carolina, and a festive New Year's celebration at the Moody Center in Austin, Texas, on December 30-31, 2024. In May 2025, the band will headline their inaugural Viva El Gonzo festival in Mexico, where they’ll perform two sets each night alongside artists like The War on Drugs, Tycho, and Dawes.
With shows spanning coast to coast and plans for unforgettable holiday and festival performances, Goose continues to deliver exciting live experiences for their fans. Tickets are on sale for most dates, so don’t miss out!
