I’m talking with [Ashley Hart](https://www.instagram.com/partythor/), one of the co-founders, along with [Anders Beck](https://www.instagram.com/andersdobro/) (member of [Greensky Bluegrass](https://greenskybluegrass.com/) and Rhythm & Sails Music Director) and [Damian Quigley](https://www.instagram.com/dcquigley), (Co-Founder & Brand Director) to dive into how this intimate, floating festival came to life. Picture this: 7 catamarans (all 42-50 footers), a 1:1 staff-to-guest ratio, and daily live jams and the unbelievable and untouched beauty of the islands of St. Vincent, Bequia, Mustique. It's equal parts festival, sailing expedition, soul-recharging retreat and one hell of a party that is sure to create life-long friends along the way. Their sixth voyage, set to depart from St. Vincent this May is nearly sold out! ![rhythm and sails yacht](https://musicfestivalspodcast.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202025-04-04%20at%2010.45.14%20AM.png?width=1000&height=535&name=Screenshot%202025-04-04%20at%2010.45.14%20AM.png)[*Photocredit: Rhythm & Sails*](https://rhythmandsails.com/) We’ll get into the origin story of [Rhythm & Sails](https://rhythmandsails.com/), which all began with a rainy-day jam session in Maru that sparked a whole new kind of festival experience. You’ll hear what it’s like to live on the water alongside artists, crew, and fellow music lovers, and how the team curates truly personalized experiences for every guest — from hands-on sailing lessons to daily chef-prepared meals. After doing this interview, I am completely sold on experiencing the magic of this one-of-kid trip for myself! Trust me on this — make sure to watch the episode on YouTube — the videography and photos they shared with me are absolutely stunning!     --- ### [![All Good Presents Trifesta](https://musicfestivalspodcast.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202025-03-20%20at%208.31.49%20AM.png?width=460&height=596&name=Screenshot%202025-03-20%20at%208.31.49%20AM.png)](https://musicfestivalspodcast.com/win-music-festival-tickets)Enter to Win the Trifesta Ticket Package I’m teaming up with All Good Presents to give YOU 🫵 the chance to experience all 3 of these unforgettable gatherings in one summer — a ticket package worth $1500! They blend elements of funk, rock, jazz, Afrobeat, and more, creating a unique sound that originated in Seattle's underground deep funk scene. I was able ton shoot and produce their full set, which was preformed live on Saturday night as a headlining performance at the [2025 Whippersnap Music & Arts Festival](https://musicfestivalspodcast.com/blog/whippersnap-music-arts-festival-2025-recap-review) at the [Florida Sand Music Ranch](https://youtu.be/RLM7GW_bTJg) in Brooksville, Florida.
